Using a teaspoon or dinner spoon, add one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to 8-12 oz. of juice and stir until powder dissolves.

Recommended Juices:

Smoothies

To make a 16 oz. smoothie, add the following ingredients together in a blender:

  • 6 oz. fruit juice

Add Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to brownie mix before mixing with liquids. Add at the ration of 1 heaping teaspoon per 2 servings of brownies.

Using your favorite brownie recipe, add Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to the flour before mixing it with liquid. Add at the ration of 1 heaping teaspoon per 2 servings of brownies.

Cookies

Using your favorite brownie recipe, add Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to the flour before mixing it with liquid. Add at the ration of 1 heaping teaspoon per 2 servings of cookies.

Salad Dressing (works best with creamy dressings, such as Ranch, Blue Cheese, etc)

In a small cup, add a few drops of water to one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™. Stir with a spoon. Continue to add water until the texture of your Omega-3 mixture is similar to that of the salad dressing. Stir the Omega-3 mixture into the salad dressing and enjoy.

Soup (works best with creamy soups, such as Potato Soup, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Broccoli, etc.)

Add one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™ directly to soup. Stir until Omega-3 dissolves into the soup. You may need to add a few drops of water if the soup becomes too thick.

OR

In a small cup, add a few drops of water to one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™. Stir with a spoon. Continue to add water until the texture of your Omega-3 mixture is similar to that of the soup. Stir the Omega-3 mixture into the soup and enjoy.

Pasta Sauce

In a small cup, add a few drops of water to one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™. Stir with a spoon. Continue to add water until the texture of your Omega-3 mixture is similar to that of your pasta sauce. Stir the Omega-3 mixture into your pasta sauce and enjoy.

Gravy

In a small cup, add a few drops of water to one serving of Omega-3 Brain Booster™. Stir with a spoon. Continue to add water until the texture of your Omega-3 mixture is similar to that of the gravy. After you have prepared the gravy, stir the Omega-3 mixture into the gravy and enjoy.

Macaroni and Cheese

Add Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to cheese powder mix before mixing with liquids. Add at the ration of 1 to 2 servings of Omega-3 to a box of macaroni and cheese.

Muffins

Add Omega-3 Brain Booster™ to muffin mix and stir until Omega-3 powder is completely combined with muffin mix. Add at ratio of 1 teaspoon of Omega-3 powder to 2 muffins.
